Daniel Jaouen, breton, ingénieur en agriculture de l’ESA (Ecole supérieure d’agriculture d’Angers), diplômé d’un troisième cycle de l’ESSEC (IGIA, Institut de Gestion Internationale Agro-alimentaire), entre chez Lactalis en 1989 comme attaché de direction avant de faire l’essentiel de sa carrière en charge du développement international. Il devient Directeur général et Président du directoire en 2009. En 2021, peu après son départ, il crée MaBro, un cabinet de conseil.
