OLIVIA JARAS founded Her Money School in response to the persistent gender wage gap she observed in her previous career as a compensation expert and salary setter. She is an acknowledged expert in enabling women to earn more money and get paid more.

Olivia is passionate about sharing her hard-earned wisdom with other women so that they can build new revenue streams, grow their personal brand, and become opportunity magnets. She was raised in Santiago, Chile and resides in Hanover, New Hampshire with her family.
