Received his Ph.D. degree in Law from the University of Luxembourg where he also taught law of tort to undergraduate students. He has published widely in professional journals and magazines on topics ranging from human rights law to commercial laws. His research interest includes legal outsourcing, liberalization of legal services in Asia and international trade law.
