O. P. Dwivedi

O.P. Dwivedi was professor emeritus in the Department of Political Science, University of Guelph. He has authored or edited more than thirty books including Global Environment Challenges (Broadview, 2008), From Bureaucracy to Public Management (Broadview, 1999), and Where Corruption Lives (Kumarian, 2001).
